Terms & Conditions

Customers agree that they will not use their Aramex Shop and Ship account for any unlawful,illegitimate or fraudulent purpose prohibited by United States rules and regulations.
Aramex is not responsible or accountable for the failure of the US postal service and any other commercial service or postal authority to deliver on time. Aramex is also not responsible for any damage to or loss of any package or mail.
Aramex will terminate customers’ Shop and Ship service for good cause at any time. Good cause shall include, but is not limited to:
Failing to pay outstanding balance owed to Aramex in return for accounts services.
Receiving unreasonable, suspicious amounts of mail or packages.
If any of the terms and conditions in the Shop and Ship Service Agreement are not adhered to.
Aramex is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred on any package contents. Furthermore, Aramex is not responsible for penalties, loss or damage of shipments while in possession of customs.
Aramex will not accept: certified, registered, insured packages or parcels delivered on a C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) basis; unless the customer pre-arranges with Aramex and pays for the C.O.D charges in advance.
Aramex is responsible for the customer’s packages only while they are within Aramex’s custody and control. Aramex’s LIABILITY IN ANY EVENT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $ 100/=) OR ITS EQUIVALENT PER SHIPMENT as stated on the back of the Express/Air freight waybill.

These aforementioned points are only highlights of the Service Agreement; please refer to the complete Service Agreement for important details.
